Welcome to the Mendocino College Help Desk

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

Student Users: You can use Guest User access (shown at the top right-hand corner of the page) or create an account to create and access your support tickets.

Staff Users: Open your first support ticket as Guest User (shown at the top right-hand corner of the page). It will prompt you to enter your name, email address, location, etc. Once you've created your first ticket, your account is registered and you can use the "Sign In" option (shown at the top right-hand corner of the page) to log in with your college credentials to access your tickets.

Since this system is shared by multiple departments, be sure to select the appropriate department when you're creating your ticket.
